About us
On Boa Vista since 1998.
Boavista2000 was founded in 1998, when Boa Vista had only a few roads and hardly any hotels. Since then we have watched the island grow and helped hundreds of people: some looking for a home in the sun, some for an investment, some simply for a different kind of holiday.
Together with Daniele Rampini we have built and sold more than 250 apartments, the White Hotel in Sal Rei, with all 69 suites sold, and today The View on Praia Cabral. We know the areas, the real prices and the right people: notaries, lawyers, builders.
Why Boa Vista? Some of the finest beaches in the Atlantic, sunshine all year round, prices effectively in euros thanks to the fixed exchange rate, and direct flights from Europe. An island that is still authentic and growing with tourism.
